The PV for "Together When..." was just on a set made to look like Paris right? Or did they actually go to Paris to film it? Under the caption she wrote something like "Pretty set. Paris." but that doesn't really explain.

I really doubt she went to Paris, the PV's full of "franponais" (equivalent of engrish) : "Chat de gouttire", "Le moule a Gatean", "Charmant fleur" that you would never see in Paris :p
