the new staff members have been added....
sorry that it took that long..
it was night in Germany and I was asleep..
so~

after my school today i will update the first post with new and ordered information
about what the staff members exactly have to do..
there were a few question about this..

this wll happen in a few hours...please check this thread out once againthen ^^

Well...now that we have many US and Asian volunteers, we may need another European and South American and Australian one. XD (We definitely do not need any more people from the US volunteering, lol.)

Also, I do hope you read the last page. Someone here on the forums is going to Japan in April (and is going to see Ayu live), and they can most likely give the book to Ayu. Because of that, we may need to make the deadline for e-mails / postmail earlier. (Because it would take sometime to get the package from Germany to LA, where this person lives.)

lol, I doubt I'll actually be able to give it directly to her.

But I can drop it off at the fanclub, which is probably the closest way. (aside from throwing it onstage, but I don't think my arm is that good!...unless I somehow manage to get front row seats.) I checked out the fanclub address on google maps and it's right next to the main Avex building, a few miles from where I'll be staying. So, I can definitely do it now that I know exactly where it is. But I'll leave it up to the people that are running this thing to decide how to deliver the book!

Very simply, we're putting together a scrapbook that we plan on giving to Ayu, really to show her that she has a big supportive and caring fanbase all over the world... hence 'A WORLD'

Everyone here is welcome to send something in if they want to participate.

This thread is basically just to give everyone information and everything if they want to participate or help out.

I hope I explained that okay ^-^

just a suggestion.

won't it be better (and safer) to have a volunteer who is already located in Japan?
this will prevent the scrapbook from NOT getting into ayu's hands, as the person in Japan have more time and information.

I REALY dont think it should have an image of AYU on the cover. Look at everything AYu has designed - it is simple, eligant and cool. We should try to achieve this. Think of it this way, would you like to recieve a postcard from someone on holiday that has a photo of yourself on it?

this is a chance for us to give something beautiful to Ayu~

it does not have to be boring of cos haha - just this is my thought

*i had a thought that we could all get our fingerprint taken and scan it on, and email to someone, and then hundreds of fingerprints can blot out the background and the writing can be in front. very simple, but nice - personal from us all. It highly depends how it will be printed though. I have some connections in Brisbane for printing - HQ - just depends i guess.*

ALso when we all talking about a "scrapbook" i am picturing a binded book - hehe how are you guys picturing it? do you just mean to stick in a ring binder? or?...

we will tell you when to send and most important where to send ^^

and it will be decided by staff what will happen to this book..
if it's abinded one or whatever..

If you have ideas for a cover please create one and send it to me..
the deadline for cover designs is 10th January 2008.

The problem is..that i don't think we can collect everythign that fast.
it's nearly impossible..
it has to be sent with postmail or email..
we have to print everything and i will make the book (as soon as possible).
but i think it's not going to work until March..
perhaps April..
but i really don't know..

I thought about giving this to "her" sometime around her Anniversary..
but the satff will decide together ^^

I updated the first post.
The informations for the volunteers are now ordered and clear available..
at the moment we need new volunteers for:
- South America
- Europe
the other continents really have enough i think ^^~

so let's try to complete this first step ^^

jus realise that the representative for singapore is someone who joined the forum half a year ago but only has 3 posts. i wonder if i can trust that person..

and why not we just hand the scrapbook to someone who is going to ASIA TOUR.
and hand it to one of the staffs there.. lol. crap idea.

or jus freaking throw it onto the stage..
