Exclamation Help! With YesAsia

Hi,

Im from the UK and I ordered GULITY CD+DVD for YesAsia which came to a overall total of £19.40, i payed via credit card. When i checked with my bank they said that YesAsia are holding £43.16 from my account. My order has shipped so i cannot cancel it, does anyone know why they are holding this ammount of money? The bank said that i would have to sort it out with YesAsia since they don't know about my order etc.

what do you mean 'holding'?

not sure if this helps, but when i was ordering my sweeny todd soundtrack, they were saying how they wouldn't charge my dad's card until the cd shipped. maybe they're holding that amount of money until they shipped the album?
