2008 ayu's year ~10th anniversary~

2008 for me is definitly ayu's year, it's her 10th anniversary year and until now she rocks and have awesome releases like GUILTY, ayu-mi-x 6 GOLD & SILVER and ASIA TOUR 2007 DVD... I'm sure that there are more upcoming awesome releases being prepared for us from ayu on 2008! Let's wait & see! ayu always prefer to satisfy her fans over sell well and be #1 (GUILTY) (fans over money for ayu duh) and it's been proven enough times. [everybody that thinks ayu's fake, sorry you can keep crapping about it until tomorrow! if it's really your opinion and doing you good x_x] though ayu has still huge sales (over half a million for an album after 10 years!) because she has us to support her, thank you ayu and good luck in 2008 and keep bringing us awesome releases!

The discussion I want to make is what are your expectations from ayu in this year? How do you want it to look like and what do you want/think that ayu will release? This is your place to voice your wishes and opinions about ayu's 10th anniversary year!

actually until ASIA TOUR ends, everything is like her previous years. ayu-mi-x 6, its up to the remix artistes to do their job. Then she needs to prepare for her ASIA TOUR. probably life after her ASIA TOUR is the one that we can discuss about lol..

probably another 3 a-side single. then her CDL 0708 Anniversary DVD!

i feel that her A BEST 2 should come this year. they anticipated too much last yr cos it was ayu's 1st ASIA TOUR. but didnt realise that the following year was ayu's 10th anniversary which was more significant.

i'm hoping she goes back to her POP roots...you know, since she's a JPOP artist, and not JROCK--haha. i've grown very tired of her rock songs, and sad ballads. im looking for some happy ballads with no acoustic-y string-like instruments and/or piano. as well as a pop song, thats like...on the same quality as LOVEppears or RAINBOW.

also, it'd be cool if she released a 3 a-side single for summer, again and hm...innovative covers~ and maybe some new style i wouldnt mind her curly/wavy hair again

oh, and i'd like her to release 3 singles this year...it's taking forever to get to her 50th single T_T hahaha

Um... I think the a triple or quad single might have a good chance, also, when BLUE BIRD was cancelled as a triple a-side, they told us not to lose hope... so I'm not.

I'd also love to see another triple A-side single like "&", a wonderful 2008 tour (somewhat like "A museum"), and I guess that's about it. I'm not anticipating much for things like Ayupan or a DVD of CDL 07-08*.

Now, if I could wish for things that aren't as likely, I'd love for her to release a CD of either previous or new songs, but with a twist: a mass choir and a full orchestra behind her.

* Not to say I hated it. I just don't usually look forward to CDL DVDs/releases.

For her tenth year, she should really go all out to the best of her abilities. Let's not forget she IS deaf in one ear, and she will be doing another ASIA tour, so we need to make sure she doesn't overexert herself this year. I think may be special collaborations (like how Morning Musume reassembled for a 10 year unit), such as with Tsunku (terrible singer, but the one that jump started her career) again, or with KEIKO (her admired artist). Another thing she can do is re-record or re-release another best single/album, with more special remixes (the choir and strings don't sound too bad for something like "No way to say" or "M") and unreleased instrumentals. However, it would be nice if she did do a special thing on her day (April... 20th?), like a performance or whatever.
