Vocal Mixes are (as it says the name) with vocals.
Dub Mixes are usually with less vocals.
Instrumental Mixes are without vocals.
Karaoke Mixes are with the background vocals.

The "M (Above & Beyond Remix)" originally has not very much vocals, so it's understandable that the (Full) Vocal Mix isn't full of vocals
