commercial videos are videos that are able to yield or make a profit and it's suitable or fit for a wide, popular market such that it appeals to a huge range of people i.e appeals to young, and also adults..and sometimes elderly too.

For example, GUILTY is not an commercial album as it appeals more to the adults rather than youngsters.

PVs of pure pop songs tend to be more commercial.
