and hikki single is sell so bad too...

after looking on those singer sales, looks like ayu still stay strong as a jpop queen...

It's true though, AyuGame! By next week or so, Kuu is gonna own Ayumi. lol [No offense] Like many others have said, prolly the reason why people haven't brought HS/SG as much is because they are probably waiting on the album. Hikki really didn't give people an incentive to buy the single other than 2 freakin' karaokes and adding karaokes to a single is an atuomatic thing these days. It shouldn't be no surprised that Thelma is ahead of Hikki. That song is the most popular female song of the year right now. [yea, i was surprised though but still.... lol] I just hope Thelma isn't one of those artists who's gonna become a One-hit-wonder. If so, i'll be highly pissed since she surpassed Hikki.

Ack, like I say, Thelma is definately the next big thing for Japan, I think. And ... Toshiba gave us stickers with the single.

I don't think that 550,000 is a low number

I would change it to barely 600,000 though XD

She is a singer 10 years, compared to other artists, and her peak past in 2001 and now it's 2008 but she still sell more than half a million for a studio album and one/or of the best selling female artists in Japan since her debut!

It's pretty amazing fit for a female singer that is around 10 years and her peak past couple (7) years ago, don't you think? That's really not fair to say she isn't =\

And 550,000 is just with CD+DVD and CD only without any limitations (except for the hot photobook

), it's still charting though on the top 100 so it's not ending at 560,000 ^-^

kumi for example had her peak on 2005/2006! 2/3 years ago and she's a singer 7 years but her Kingdom sales won't be so far from GUILTY or Secret/A BEST 2 BLACK & WHITE... with a CD only CD+DVD, CD+2DVD limited edition+first press with a concert, PVs for all songs etc. Now laugh at ayu's "small" sales and success XD
Point is that ayu's sales/state aren't that far from kumi's and ayu been around longer and her peak was past 7 years ago ^-^.

But still ayu sell more than most of the other female artists and she's around more than them. Isn't that true? Doesn't it make her successful?
She had 2 albums last year on the top 10 after 9 years being a singer, there were just 5 albums that sold more and only 2 of them were females (and 1 of them was Avril

)
The thing I'm talking about is not that ayu's album sells the best or anything, the thing is that ayu is still one of the best selling females, after 10 years she's around.

Well BEST ~first things~ is her best selling album (like her sales went up until this album) and afterwards went just down between every album so this is the peak XD and saying it doesn't make me a bad fan, I buy kumi's albums and DVDs and support her and I wish I could see her concerts live too but I'm not rich yet

but as I said I used kumi for example, I didn't say she is less successful or anything at all!

I only try to be fair between my favorite artists T_T

Arashi is full of fan girls T_T hikki won't get #1 because of them! well annoying.
