Artist with "dreamy" music? Aka. Daybreak / ever free / etc.

I'm in love with Ayu's dreamy songs and I'm wondering -- are there any other artists that make a lot of this music? It's kind of hard to explain.. But it's a dreamy spacy sound in some songs by Ayu. It's kind of techno'ish without sounding techno.
