What random place have you heard Ayu?

I've yet to hear Ayu in a random place but I really want to!!!
Even Japantown and Kinokuniya...it's always some other Japanese artist...like Hikki or something, which is still cool, but Ayu is my fav

I've always fantasized about what I'd do in that situation though, and I think I'd totally try to track them down and tell them. I mean it'd be so rare and awesome to find someone who plays Ayu in the US Midwest. You must've been so upset, I'd be too.

Yeah, only if you buy their albums though, then u get the free poster or photobook. I mean the ones hanging around the store, were the ones I asked for..you've seen them theres heaps. I would have gotten the guilty album there if I has know it came with the poster and stuff instead of ordering from cd japan haha. But still I like my Japan version better, and it was the first time i was allowed ordering online =__=

They only have boot legs right now, but usually they just sell overseas versions..now for some reason all the stock looks like cheap bootlegs from china =___=, at least the drama's remain the same.

in 10th grade, i was in this club where we could compose our own music with a keyboard through a computer program. i looooooooooved that class. we could also make remixes of any song!

ANYWHO, one day, i heard this dude in my class play this song out loud and guess what! it was Ayumi's SEASONS Jonathan Peters... (w/e his name is) Remix!!! i was like, sorta hyperventilating and thought "i've met a brother in Ayu!" (you know how ppl say "brother in Christ" LOL!!!) i was so happy, but i was a really shy girl in high school, so i didn't say anything to him about it.

two years later, i sang "forgiveness" at our talent show and he came up to me and was like "omg, you know ayumi!!! i heard the song and thought someone mistakenly played her song, but it was you who was singing it!!!" what else was amazing was that, during that time, we had Japanese exchanged students and they all gave me a standing applause!!!

that's a memory i won't forget.

They played the Harmony version (feature the Warsaw Orchestra I think) of SCAR... instrumental =)
