- register @ vpost..then u will have 2 address: one for USA & another for japan
- go to any japan (or USA) site which doesn't ship internationally (eg mu-mo) & make ur purchases
- when prompted to enter ur (japan) address, enter the one which vpost provide u with, which will be the japan's address.
- email/fax ur invoice over to vpost
- wait for the stuffs to arrive @ ur japan's address
- make payment to vpost & have ur stuffs delivered to u!

What about payment? how do i pay? It's through local right? so am i able to do a bank transfer or i have to go to the post office and pay?

As for collecting the product, it will be send to my address?
