Well, INSPIRE is rather vague in itself, so in portuguese you'd be able to translate that verb in several ways:

(TO) INSPIRE - INSPIRAR

(YOU) INSPIRE [simple present tense] - INSPIRA (VOCÊ)

'VOCÊ' is more used if you are talkin to a big personality, like our teachers, boss, Etc LOL.
Normally we say 'tu'.
