I'm not sure if I like the cover, actually... Prisoner of Love was one of the songs I wasn't too happy with on HEART STATION, but I'm interested in hearing the "quiet version," and I just feel the cover picture seems a little flat?

Like it took someone about 10 minutes in Photoshop.

I really disagree, I think her lyrics are amazing and emotion-filled. Interestingly enough, I think BML had some of the crappiest lyrics on all of UB. HEART STATION has some songs with lyrics that really give me chills ("Nijiiro Basu", "POL" and "Teiku 5" come to mind).

OMG, I've been saying this for forever... K&C was probably my favorite single of hers since "Dareka no...". It's so awesome. I love how it's like an updated version of her Distance singles.

^ omg the sound of her voice in FOL is the FIRST song to make me cry EVER!!!, and it kinda helps since i get emotional at dramas, i only cried more after finding out the lyrics to it~

Well, besides the melody, lyrics are pretty much the biggest part of the song. I guess it's true though that the majority of JPOP fans have to go by the melody and style of singing cuz of the language problem. But I really try to focus on the lyrics and it makes me like certain songs so much more.

The only Hikki songs that made me almost cry was Final Distance and Prisoner of Love ~QV~. Final Distance was just too emotional for me to bare. Hikki just had such raw emotions in that song. She did an excellent job in vocals....the song is just EXCELLENT. I think this song is actually one of the underrated songs among the Hikki fan community.
