I don't think iTunes counts towards us potentially getting sued. As far as I understand, if it's not available in physical (ie CD) form then it's fair game. I could be totally wrong, though, as I often am about these things. =P
That's correct; if albums/singles are available physically in the US (as in, they're sold at Target/Wal-mart, etc.), then they are not allowed to be posted on AHS.
