I usually like her covers a lot, but of course there's:

LOVEppears/appears covers - not just the expression and weird hair, but that tan...
Duty - can't get over that cat outfit
Moments - she looks kinda odd in the face
STEP you/is this LOVE? - that's just uncomfortable
(miss)understood cd only - no comment
Memorial Address - it looks nothing like her!

Plenty of photoshoots I don't like, mostly older ones.

There wasn't any porn in that cover. That's why I mentioned "porn actress" and not just "porn". Her hair, the horny semi-opened mouth just scream "wtf" to me. (I'm glad ayumisrael is helping by having a sample of what I mean in his set )

Yeah she havent been all amazing on all the covers... BUT on all the CD/DVD covers she always have looked good imo. ^^ They are always well played!

It feels like Im the only one who enjoys (miss)understoods covers? She really looks like having fun, like shes out on the town, shopping and having fun with some friends and the covers gets the feeling that Im with her, having fun together. THANK you Ayu for that cover! Loves it!! ^^

Then I like glitter/fated too. Yes they are very photoshoped but oh so pretty. Its overkill, but in a good way. ^^

I also have to defend MY STORYs covers! I love them too! They show the same feeling as (m)u covers. ^^ Girls having fun! And alot of pink!! For girls! Jey! Haha, well you know what I mean.

If I should have any complains of an cover it yould be STEPyou/my name's WOMEN. She looks good and all, but that cover doesnt really get me. They could do better for that one. Same for Forgivness, that is overkill but in a bad way. >.< Also, the appears cover creaps the hell out of me!! O.o
And I dont really like GUILTY CDs cover. The DVD is good but the CD is... Hmm, the dress isnt that good, and the wind, it looks like only a big dress with a little Ayuhead on the top kind of... Still pretty, but the dress is kind of wrong. >.<

I hate the covers and booklets for (miss)understood and GUILTY. GUILTY was like "look at me wearing my designer clothes" and (miss)understood was like "look at me wearing my designer clothes, but half the pictures are blurry this time."

I don't like the A BEST 2 covers 'cause she looks like an alien. What I don't like about the Secret covers are the cheap overkill sparkly things added in and the fact that I'm pretty sure everyone else has that font on their computer.

I hate Together When...'s cover with that weird headdress and those nails that look like miniature towels. o__o I hate her psycho smile on glitter/fated's CD+DVD cover. I don't really like Moments or INSPIRE's. Free & Easy isn't really bad I guess but it just doesn't appeal to me. I don't like the Dearest or M covers, and I've thought they were really weird looking since the first time I saw them. And I don't think anyone in the world likes appears' cover.

I can't pick a single shoot that I really dislike...obviously some certain shots but no plan overall.

They were so bland.

RAINBOW - I may be alone here, but it just didn't do anything for me. The weird photoshopped "blue" Ayu was rather odd-looking. I think they should've used a normal picture with soft pastel colors (as they did in the booklet).

I love the album Secret, but I couldn't help but thinking how tacky the "stars" were, and how her body looked obviously tinkered with in the CD-only.

m(u)... yeah, not too fond of. And A BEST 2 was a letdown for me as well.

As far as singles go, I don't really like the cover for No Way to Say, and Startin'/Born to Be. <---The poses were alright, but her face looked... odd in these, to me at least. And Together When, although a digital single... yeah. It was kind of random and I just wasn't feeling the picture very much.

I do, really dig the older CD artwork though! It may have been strange but it was nice and creative and I basically have no complaints about anything pre-2002.

Yeah, I noticed that a few days ago. I was going to post about it but I figured I would just laugh at it instead. That's pretty sad though. It's about as sad as leaving "ayumi hamamsaki" on the LOVEppears poster.

OMG I forgot about the ayu-mi-x cover. Damn, it's not bland, it's downrigth hideous. Something's terribly wrong with that cover. Ayu looks like some deformed frozen dwarf or something

And wow, I can't believe people are mentioning forgiveness here. Haha. That's like, her best cover ever. The theme, the look, the colors, her expression, everything is just so gorgeous and poethic.
