Yepp, exactly. Just like koo-hii and terebi. Close to their English counterparts, but definitely Japanese words, and definitely not Engrish lol. The only Engrish I can remember Hikki doing off the top of my head is in K&C. "Dounta Wourii Beibi!"

hey, not all F-listers are there so I think Kuu should be proud for winning an award. I mean if you don't even do a good job in the first place, you don't get nominated at all. So at least she got nominated in order to win.

Apple & Cinnamon as a placeholder title makes me wonder if Hikki was looking at her cereal boxes (Cinnamon Toast Crunch & Apple Jacks) XD

Either way, seeing the track record for that Stargate person makes me also wonder if she's going to continue in her "hip hop" theme for her English stuff. I don't think that's a bad thing per se, only that those releases from those artists aren't... really good songs. Sold well and are impressive, yeah, but musically? :/ Hard to say I guess.

Sometimes I really wonder why they dump away the original japanese phrases and use these engrish as the proper japanese nowadays.. I'm sure there must be a proper Japanese way to say "orange" other than "orenji"...

Just about all the music in Japan is generic now and it has been for along time. Ayumi's music ain't nothing but old ass Matsuda Seiko music. Namie ain't nothin' but some derived ass Hikki songs...if not her then TLC. BoA music aint nothin' but old ass Britney Spears music. Koda Kumi music/image ain't nothin' but some old ass copied american music. All the J-rock artist music ain't nothin; but old ass B'z music. I could keep going but yall get the point. Just about everything that we listen to is generic. So all this Stargate is genertic nees to be put to rest. I bet most of yall like all that generic music they puts out anyway.
