Well, if the wire was connected to the circuit, even if it's not a complete circuit when it is disconnected, the circuit can be completed again when the wire touches Zin. So technically Zin could have been electricuted. (But I haven't watched the video in a while so I'm not too sure of which side of the broken wire Midoring had been holding. If the wire she was holding was connected to the negative terminal then I think yes, Zin could have been electricuted.)
I really liked the part when Ayu took the blame. She was the coolest one!!!!
