Zune VS iPod: Which should I buy?

Zune doesn't display asian characters, also zune's earphones suck, and their customer service sucks. I had the same problem as one of my friends and my zune screen cracked after only having it for about 5 months and after some research online I found that it could be because that the lithium ion battery is located directly behind the screen and if you charge it or have it plugged in for long periods of time that the battery overheats and cause the screen.to crack.
