Wow- I really wonder what the outcome of all of this will be.
I'm not saying it because I'm a fangirl or being bias to Arashi or something, but I don't think Ohno will get kicked out or suspended. I don't think they would ever think about it.

translation of an tabloid on ohno's pics:

It was a bit hard to read and I think there's supposed to be another page of text before, but the gist of the article says that the girl (A-san, as the article dubs her) was a model-type person and she says the events that were in the photo took place during the summer of '05 and then she goes into detail about how they met up with her friend (B-san) and B was a bit worried because she heard that Ohno wasn't the type to drink with strangers and such (so Ohno knew A but not B, I'm guessing). And then the article starts talking about how Arashi is very popular and are catching up to the likes of SMAP and blah blah blah...

And then the last section gets interesting. It talks about how Ohno has this image of being very soft-spoken and reserved compared to the other members of Arashi and then it goes to a quote from A who talks about how Ohno becomes childish when he's drunk and that day he started talking like a child, saying things like, "Carry me!" as he pressed his body against A and B. And then she says he suddenly grabbed her legs and spread them apart and tried to put his hand down her pants. She told him to stop, but it was like he didn't hear her words at all.

That's the basics of the article. I hope it helped.

I just saw the rest of the article (I only saw that one page up until now) and the pot is mentioned in the subsequent pages. And I just had to add that A accuses Ohno of having an underwear fettish, which made me laugh a little. Anyway, so apparently "someone" had some pot and Ohno took a hit and A says that Ohno might not have known it was pot, but she's pretty sure he did and afterwards he was talking about how everything was sparkly and fluffy. And B confirms that she, too, saw Ohno smoking the pot.

Then from there, we go to B's apartment where the threesome took place and it gets R-rated from here. A mentions that Ohno has a very nice body (seems like a random detail to add) and they didn't use a condom when they had sex and B was apparently worried about that afterwards. A goes on to say that Ohno has very good technique and knows how to please a woman, which led her to believe that he's been around the block. And she mentions that "when she used her mouth" he liked it and asked for more.

And then at the end, the article talks about how Ohno denies everything, but that he should be questioned for "the truth" again and how he shouldn't be qualified to sing the theme song for the Olymics and the charity show unless he/JE can make it clear that these things didn't occur. Which I thought was funny, because in my opinion, the burden of proof should be on the accusers and not the accused.

But that's what most of the rest of the article said (I only kind of skimmed through it). And yeah. I hope I didn't misread anything, but I might have, so I apologize, but I'm pretty sure most of it is correct. Hopefully. Haha...

I just don't see what it has to do with the scandal even if it happened during the same night.

that's what I think for the pot part. there are not pics of that. so you can only base yourself on the girls story. there are a chances they made up that part.

about the sex part. d'you think it could affect ohno?
