Yeah i hated that forgiveness was missing too. But if they put forgiveness and angel's song in A Best 2, then the whole Memorial Address would be in there! I thought they should have replaced MA with forgiveness.

I'm surprised angel's song was not in A clips. I thought it was some mega compilation of PVs from poker face to No way to say. Was Because of you in A clips? Maybe they prepared it before the album tracks for MA were filmed. I was half hoping this A Complete would have a compilation of PVs as well as i don't own any filmography but guess that'd be a great injustice to A clip owners...

COMPLETE CLIP BOX only contains from poker face to forgiveness. NWTS, ANGEL'S SONG, and Because of You were skipped for some reason.

It's strange how they skipped stuff, but it's not really a problem in the long run. But the name A COMPLETE just seems.. a bit strange.

Yeah, the official website says that it's temporary as well, but I don't think that they'll change it drastically, if at all.

I know because when I 1st started to know ayumi's music , I had no idea About You wasn't a single that she released officially & I didn't know she made quite a fair bit of PVs for non singles

As opposed to Best of CDL? Lol... I think 10th anniversary should be added in somewhere in the title and ALL the PVs from poker face to MW including non-singles should be added in. A Complete indeed. I'm beginning to think a complete clip box II will come out in the future...

complete clip box II won't come out for a while.. and if it does, expect it to be expensiiiive. Seeing as how it's probably cheaper to just buy her albums, I don't think people would want it. [Notice how she stopped releasing A CLIPS after the +DVD albums..]

I don't think there will be another COMPLETE CLIP BOX since now there are CD+DVD albums and singles.
There was a COMPLETE CLIP BOX because non of her albums until Memorial address were CD+DVD so that's was a way to release all of her unreleased on cd PVs.

They still wanted people to buy Memorial Address+DVD. If I recall correctly, MA didn't sell 1 million until feb. or march '04.

Oh yeah that's another way to look at it. After all that revenue from the additional 880yen for +DVD versions, i think they wouldn't. About the Complete Clip Box lack of stuff, i think it's compiled up to forgiveness single marking the 30th single release. Almost all subsequent PVs are in ABest2 up to heaven except for angel's song and alterna.

That's why i say this A Complete should have ALL her PVs thus far. With modern technology, is it possible to stuff it all in 1 DVD? And of course, a
2nd DVD for the TA and a-nation stuff... ~Wishful and proudful~

With modern technology, they would be able to jam it all onto a Blu-ray disc, but how many people have Blu-ray players here? [I have a PS3, lol.] But yeah. you can only fit so much onto a DVD, and that's why COMPLETE CLIP BOX is like 3 discs long. There's only so much video you can put on a DVD at high quality..

I don't think release dates can be booked so easily. Conversely, less people may want to buy complete clips because they have it all already with MA so to speak. I think adding the DVD is a new marketing strategy to battle the recession and for ayu whose albums always sell well, it's a great idea. Instead of selling 50k film discs, you sell a million packed with the CD.

Ok then, so it's not practical to throw all the PVs at us with A Complete. B.t.w., it seems that some PS3s in singapore have broken down when owners try to play blu-ray discs.

Nice to see the promotion started but I hope there will be a lot of inside promotion (TV, magazines, good tie-in) not only outside promotion (posters) since just that won't extremely help >_<.

Totally thought of a good idea for a cover. She can be sitting in the room she's in in the poker face photo shoot, appearing as she is now, holding a copy of the original press of poker face and staring at it, and then in small pretty cursive it can say

"A Complete~All Singles 1998-2008~"

F'ing awesome.

tbh, that's a terrible idea. What would the alternate cover be then? Ayu staring at the camera?

It's okay if it was for like, a magazine, but for such a grand collection of music? I dunno.
