truehappiness: I saw the poker face one on a wallpaper WAY back in the day, like 2000 or 2001... I can't seem to find the wallpaper for it at the moment (i'll post it when I do), but I do have this small magazine scan which has the same photo on it (can't source the scan, unfortunately.... maybe you can help with that?)
 I also saw it on the back of a tri-fold pamphlet that was distributed with early promos of the "poker face" single:
