Definitely start with her first album LISTEN TO MY HEART...it's a great Japanese album!
Or you can grab her best album, that has a lot of good tracks on it. If you're looking for her Korean stuff, most of it is pretty good, I highly recommend GIRLS ON TOP. <3 Also, BoA's recent album "THE FACE" is very good, although it didn't sell as well as other albums, it has a wide variety of tracks.
