Sora Uta is awesome. I'm glad she's in the top 20!

Hopefully it's able to rise back up, but without a good tie-in... I doubt it, it's really sad, because all around, this, seems, to be a good single (haven't listened to My Stage yet, waiting for my copy)

Well, let's just try to be positive you guys. At least alan's doing a whole lot better than she was before! Besides, top 20 isn't that bad.

yeah i agree top 20 debut is pretty decent (of course shes no.1 in my books), she is still a relatively new artist and in the world of jpop wheres theres mass amounts of artists shes done well.

anyone know when alan is gonna perform sora uta live ?

I guess but I do think outta the 4 singles that she has put out so far , I like Sora Uta the most with the whole strong Tibetan influence going on

hopefully things will improve in days to come

^ I do agree that this single was really awesome and was very mainstream compared to her previous releases, but I don't think the Japanese are buying the whole Tibetian thing unfortunately :/...But who knows??? Like GRACE said, alan could make an awesome come back. I mean, stranger things have happened . And like I said, at least she's getting a little more recognition than she was before.

^ I don't think so either. Afterall, it's not entirely alien to them. I think the Tibetian style is something that the Japanese are just not accustomed to, and so it might not be quite as appealing as opposed to a lot of the typical mainstream music.

*nods head*

well at least in Sora Uta , she didn't screech at all as compared to her debut single Ashita e no Sanka

when I 1st heard Ashita e no Sanka , I was scared stiff literally

i hope she won't fell out of the ranking tomorrow : / it would be a shame T^T
i like sora uta single more after few listens, but it still isn't something great (sorry to say this..) it's experimental and i like it, but alan's voice is amazing... in ballads... xD (i know, i know... who was complaining about ballads...? yes, me...).
now i can't wait for rock-ish kaze no tegami ^^

Why is Sora Uta charting so badly? I thought it's a pretty cool song, and it's like FINALLY alan does something other than ballads...
