The latest edition of the "Female SEVEN" magazine reports that ayu took a break from work in the previous month to lose 5kg and regain her slim figure. but anywho, ayu looks well and I love her shades

and 5 kg = 11.02 lb, so in about a month, ayu was probably losing about 2-3 lbs a week.
