It sounds like it could be pretty. It makes me think of a brighter "HANABI ~episode II~" in that it's a "moving" ballad. By that I mean it seems to have a lot of quick movement in the arrangement under a legato melody. It sounds like it's in 2/4 time, also, which is interesting.
I don't like the deviation from the melodic rhythm, though. You can tell she forced the melody unnaturally to fit the lyrics she wanted, instead of writing better-fitting lyrics. It sounds terrible! The lyrics aren't even that great, so I don't know why she'd insist on them.
