Ayu's cleavage malfunction

not sound perverted or something, but has any one noticed that latley ayu's left(right in pics) breast seems crooked? It just seems odd to me, and also quite amusing, what do you think?

true that uneven is normal. but ayu seems too uneven. but lucky i think her breast in those picture are photoshop on. they are not that big in other photo!! almost look as if they\'ve give her same breast in all of pictures.

that could be it... I've never noticed myself though, at least not anything as noticable as in the pics. I've also seen pics of ayu in the same angle without the odd cleavage line.

@xilirationisfun I hope it doesn't sound as if I'm downplaying ayu in any way to you.

and in the last one~ her hands are on her hips, so it's automatically pushing her chest~..so ayu is still normal ^^

It's the lighting. Watching the AT07 opening number + other songs during the 1st act shows this as well.. it's not really that big of a deal, since cleavage tends to create shadows. However, with a woman that doesn't have huge breasts, it ends up looking like what Ayu has.

it seems to be one of 2 things:

1.In all of the pics ayu's back is arched and her shoulders are back: pushing one boob out

2.The lighting, truehappiness pointed out that the lighting on smaller bust sizes can create an odd shadow.

Hm.. upon further inspection, it seems like when Ayu's chest is viewed at that angle [ugh, I HATE YOU Kazuyoshi Shimomura.] that tends to happen. It's interesting to note that every single photograph that is "reviewed" is done by the photographer.

And also, her boobs look fine from the front:


Obviously, Kazuyoshi is terrible at lighting the breasts at a correct angle. HIJIKA did it just fine with GUILTY. [that and his team probably LOVES to edit the photos afterward to make her breasts look freakydeaky.]



However, HIJIKA is somewhat "also GUILTY" but Ayu was raising one of her arms completely for this shot, so it's understandable.

Thank you for the insight truehappiness C: I woudn't have known about Shimomura's lack of breast knowledge. I found some of HIJAKA's work to look a little bustier than usual. Could It be hes sets up lighting to do that?

No, there's just no airbrushing of her cleavage [APPARENTLY, not for sure.] in HIJIKA photos.

Whereas the Shimomura stuff has like a freaky shadow on it all. It's really weird. Like he wants her to look plastic or mannequiny or something.

It's interesting to note that Ayu looks most artificial in the shoots that Kazuyoshi is in charge of. It's not that surprising when you find out that he was the one in charge. Obviously, I have a grudge against him as a staff member, but for good reason [see Takahide Ishii, Luis Hernandez, and sometimes even the H/\L duo.]

well not to step on any one's artistic sense but I agree that ayu looks better as the queen, not the mannequin. Even though I LOVE two of the pics I posted as an example(with the exception of the cleavage of course)
