^OH GOD NO!, Not another best from Kuu!...LOL, if she did something like PLAY not genre wise, but musically and gave another album more individuality with songs that don't sound like extreme KUU songs but more advanced Kuu songs, I think more people would get interested in her again.

but i agree it's missing a lot of good tracks. her black cherry ballads were fantastic, and i don't know why they were left out since it came out after black cherry.

anyways, i don't know how TABOO will do, but i'm not expecting skyrocketing sales at all, because none of her 2007 singles really sold that well, and 2008 sales were even lower. it's kind of hard for me to judge moon though, because yes it's a four-track single, but the only song that was really promoted was moon crying, the 3 b-sides were pretty much just there.

^I thought MC did well for a *****, post scandal/kingdom single. It was obvious that we weren't going to see a 4HW type of sales with MC. Most of those days are over for female artists.

ahnsohee, I don't know what AVEX was thinking giving Kuu the "Ayu release style". They had some very cool concepts for her but after than whole 12 singles idea and 4 hot wave, they just decide to shove that idea on her. AVEX give their artists different styles and stuff like that to keep their artist popularity and such high.

OH CHEA...lol I deleted it off my zune and kept it on the Butterfly single.

Black Cherry had a lot of ballads, and if they put those on B&L it would just be too much. A lot of people who bought B&L probably already had Black Cherry anyway. The ballads on B&L were mostly released before she really became popular, save for a few, weren't they?

I think one of the problems Kumi has is releasing too many singles. With Black Cherry and Kingdom there were way too many single tracks on the albums and only a couple new songs. It was basically like another single with 10 other previous single tracks tacked onto it as well.

^IMO, they both had the same concept and release style. =/ BUT was released in the beginning of the year like Koi no Tsubomi (I think that's right), Freaky was released in the summer and had a similar concept like 4 Hot Wave, Last Angel was released in the fall like Yume no Uta/Futeri de... , and Anytime was released a week or so before Kingdom like Cherry Girl was released a week or on the same day as Black Cherry.

^ I know that the singles kinda have the same release pattern, but Black Cherry had way too many A-Sides released beforehand and was just overloaded with singles by the time the album came out. Whereas Kingdom, even though singles were released around the same times, only had 6 A-Sides and then we got 8 new songs on the album (if you count Black Cherry as a new song).

In TABOO, at the 3 minute mark... I LOVE that smile Kuu gives when she finds her boyfriend with another man, its so sweet and cute. In my opinion it doesn't look like a "we're over look, more of "I'm happy for you"

But wow, Kuu looks AMAZING... from that photo with the boyfriend, posted before, that outfit I thought was ugly on her, but it looks really good in the video, all her outfits do.

I agree that BC is a much much much better album than Kingdom. I didn't like a lot of the album tracks on Kingdom actually. The only ones I like are Amai Wana, Under and MORE.

I know I'm way behind, but I just watched the PV for TABOO and I am insanely impressed. The song is amazing. I love the auto-tune. And I especially loved the video, with all the homosexual references. Kuu is workin' it big time.

I just finished watching the performance.. not her best vocal though
