I have the ad for it. It looks like they used a photo of Ayu in the advertisement for the woman in the foreground.
Love it! Apparently, they're recruiting dancers, singers, actors/actresses, models, and composers. The ad's pretty nifty. It has Ayu's face on one of the people and an interview-thing. Came from Japan UP! My local magazine for Japanese food info and etc.
