I finally got around to watching hitomi's movie Nightmare Detective and wow..it was really good. A must see for any hitomi fan ~ It's a shame hitomi didn't choose to be in the second movie, she is a great actress.

ugh that scene when the man started to stab himself while sleeping was one of my favorites

^yeah and when she kicked the knife away... hitomi is such a strong woman

there's so much rare hitomi facial expresiion of that movie, i really like it! although the plot of the story is kinda confusing

Oh my God Akumu Tantei is SUCH A GOOD FILM first i love Shinya Tsukamoto (director and actor). Second i love hitomi. its like an explosion of bliss. hitomi is expressive, strong, sympathetic in that film, the camera is on her the whole time getting into her head, you get immersed in her character and the story. Nightmare detective is a fantastic, truly fantastic filM!!!

Nightmare Detective is sooo amazing. I figured she would be a good actress, but I had no idea she would do THAT good of a job.

I still remember being at Wal Mart (in the US) and seeing the movie sitting on a shelf. I was like, "OMG hITOMI!!!". Move over BOA, hitomi is going to take over America :
