As for photo number one, I agree with most of you there that there's really no scandal there.

As for photo two, the max kiss photos... I can see a scandal there in kissing your boss, no matter how you look at that, that's kinda weird XD but it was like 9 years ago now, and they were clearly out with friends and probably drinking, so. Who cares?

wow...they're trying to make a big deal out of really old photos. I don't see what's the problem with ayu having ex-boyfriends and kissing is normal for couples. The one with max, they're not alone in the pics...the hand is blocked so you can't even really see if they're really kissing or not. Even if they were, it looks more playful than romantic. Reminds me of ayu's parties...like one of her b-day party where her staff was dressed as geishas...lol About the smaller eyes, her eyes are still very big in her recent magazine pics.

This news is only now making its way into the Chinese tabloids, which is understandable. She wasn't all that super popular before very recently, anyway.
