When I read your posts I thought that somethings wrong with Dearest, but there's nothing wrong with it ~ she didn't yell too loud and she didn't go off key ^^ Consider those are just LQ recordings made with the phone. and Marionette was ok, and GOD those girls in decision should be listening to ayu singing instead of yelling like crazy ^^

You honestly think so? I don't think it was good at all! It sounds like she's yelling and it's really off-key sounding.

In all of her career, if there's one song that I think she's always sung consistently well it would have to be 'Dearest'. From 2001 during it's promotion, to the year end special's that same year, all the way to last year's promotion of A BEST 2. To hear it sung so poorly here is really worrying. The vocals in other clips don't sound so bad though, the acapella of Who... is pretty okay I guess..

Yeah, I don't get it either. Dearest was not bad at all.

Errr.. no offense, but anyone who thought Dearest sounded in any way decent really needs to watch other artists sing live.. or something. I've watched the clip four times, and it's honestly the worst I've ever heard her. I'm happy for the people that enjoy it and stuff, but errr.. whatever floats your boat I guess.

Putting other artists aside, Dearest sounded the way it almost always does, and imo it was far from a disaster.

WOW I LOVE that first vid!! With the intro and the t2m acapella. Amazing!!! O.o

And yes, during all the videos I keep on thinking how much better her voice have been lately! So nice to hear! It sounds reaaaaally awesome!

In Dearest she is off key some times but not that much. Over all it was good. If she will keep on practise it will be even greater! ^^
