I think the basis of the PV is an interpretation of the music industry. They take advantage of singers dreams of becoming a star and turn them into machines for making money until they are no longer profitable. This is what I interpreted after seeing Ayu open the letter saying "CONGRATULATIONS! YOU ARE THE STAR!" and her all excited, even during the questionable meeting with the freaky clown that doesn't look trustable. Her torso on the mini-stage dubbed "The singing machine" with the clowns taking photos and newpaper prints of the "Best Hit Singing Machine" suggested the music industry's high level of advertisement to maximize revenue. Then her torso outside the appliance store (act labeled "Garbage Dump") is a reflection of what the industry does after the talent runs out, throws them away like garbage.
