actually considering the fact that it was the 1st time that I listened to the whole Musekinin Hero single inclusive of all 4 b-sides I'm impressed since I never listened to K8's B-sides before so it's good

For me I'm happy that BD's doing well & I'm quite sure it can cross 300K in time to come

A bit sucky that it doesn't contain additional pics with regards to the insert sleeves of both editions

For me, Arashi has consistently great music - unlike other JE groups who's singles can be totally hit or miss. That's why they're so high up on the charts this year. Hopefully Bd can get another of the top single of year charts - it'll be a true milestone! K8's new single was pure crap because the only good song was the a-side! The only reason it even sold that much was because of all the different editions or whatever. The music quality just wasn't there. Wahaha deserved sales like that, not that single.

I hate Wahaha & still do although nowadays I can tolerate it but I think the B-sides are a snoozefest . Musekinin Hero's <3 overall

i have different reasons why they're dominating the charts. not much the music, but promotion, their growing popularity due to TV airtime, & the fact that Arashi has some of the better, active JE actors (MatsuJun, Nino, & Ohno with their acting projects this year, in which they've had singles for). also, they're expanding into Asia. Arashi's been everywhere this year.

"One Love" wouldn't have been this year's #2 single if it hadn't been re-released with a Hana Yori Dango special copy, IMO.

i'm not saying that their music this year sucks, or anything. it's just not my personal taste. (i love "truth" though, so...) but kudos for them for selling as much as they did this year.

that reason could be used for any Johnny group's sales. and hey, "truth/Kaze no Mukou e" had...3 versions just like "Musekinin Hero". and even more similarly, 2 LE CD+DVDs and 1 NE. i'm not denying the fact that MH sold because of that, BUT i don't see how it wouldn't sell that many units if people weren't interested in the song.

1st day - 83,052 (x 1.75) = 145,341

2nd day - 49,068 (x 1.75) = 85,869

3rd day - 20,647 (x 1.75) = 36,132

4th day - 11,780 (x1.75) = 20,615

Total 4 day sales so far - 287,957

1st week sales comparison between the other singles that were put out :

I have to admit, I wasn't a so much into arashi until watching a lot of there airtime shows... which seems like a lot of fun and shows their personalities. I had liked a few of their music but.............. secretly........ I think they are all so cute somehow man V_V; har har har but seriously I somehow like them better than the other je grps by far
