I think I'm the same~ I haven't listened hitomi much yet (still sitting on my "gonna-try-out-someday" list... XD *lazy*) but from what I've heard, I really like her voice.
I also love, like, Shiina Ringo's and YUKI's voices... and I also think there are a lot of people who dislike those.
