haha, some of Taiwan fans are really hardcore. check out http://www.youtube.com/namieken. he uploaded some clips from Aug 2001 when she visited Taiwan and the reception she received. (her BTR 2001 Taipei dates were canceled last minute due to typhoon season)

^ i don't think she was hurt badly - she was just shocked by the unruly crowd.
haha, even at her peak with millions of fans across JPN, her JPN fans never behave like that. i think JPN people are too polite and organized to disintegrate into a swarm even when they spot a favorite idol in the vicinity.
