It was delayed. Also it seems that even though the concerts were sold out, there seem to be cash problems. Her staff wasn't paid and Hyori had to pay them out of her own pockets.

Is it true she's in the studio recording for her next album? I heard a rumor on popseoul that it was going to be released this summer.

It's not a rumor. She's scheduled to release an album in September.

When I heard about the album being pushed back I was sad but knowing she will release a single now sounds great.
