i prefer 320kbps, but not too much higher because it could get buzzy
192 is okay when 320 is unavailable if 128, then i just buy it for better quality

i only download 192 and above. if whatever i'm downloading is rare then i'll settle for 128 if it sounds okay, but i won't go any lower and i can go without the music if it sounds like crap.
