She's only loyal to Max Masuura, I guess. I think when Max Masuura had an argument with Avex and stuff, he threatened to leave and Ayu said she'll leave with him. And in the end the guy who Max was arguing with had to leave. haha!
Ayu is angry with Avex! I think because Avex know she's too powerful and tries to do things to lower her sales and popularity like not paying much attention to her or advertising for her a lot.. Stuff like that. TO BE was dedicated to Max! And yes, Ayu is loyal to her fans! I<3Ayu. hehe~~
