It is a Lucky Draw, a lottery that means they draw the prizes, it dosn´t matter if you ordered on 1st day it was available or on last day that was possible to enter. That is the most stupid reason i have ever heard.

At least CDJ had some 1st press USBs, YA got none...

Agreed. I was IN Japan and got to put my hand in a box to get a prize, and all got was the useless sticker. They don't even look good.
