Rule/Sparkle's sales are far from bad though.

considering that Rule/Sparkle was released a month exactly before NEXT LEVEL will be out , it's doing even better than I expected , sales wise unlike poor Bold & Delicious / Pride at that time when it was out

I think the movie will help

I had watched the movie.. apparently the instrumentals was in the movie itself and immediately after the show ended, Rule can be heard at the start of the Credits.

According to the wikipeia article concerning her discography, she passed that mark with the release of "Rule / Sparkle".

Yeah! Poor Bold & Delicious / Pride! It was just too much for the Japanese I guess xD;

I'm so happy Ayu is dominating still with Rule / Sparkle! I guess the movie helped more than it hurt!

yes, she is in the wikipedia list of the best selling artists worldwide^^ it includes 50million+artists
Im wondering how much she really sold, the 50 million are only in japan but she sold millions of albums in other asian countrys, too...and tons of bootlegs o.0

EDIT:
I just counted together the album and compilation albums sales outside of japan, its over 18 million!!! Im wondering how much her singles and dvds sold outside japan, I think its possible that she is near 100 million already
