Ah ! i heard it few days ago and i was going to make a thread about it but now i think i needn't ! i think he STOLE it not cover ! i always found Vietnamese singers 're too odd ! they listen to a song , they find it good , they cover it without permision and when someone say " he/she steal it , he/she's guilty "...etc... they'll blame for the composre or their staff for their negligence and try to be innocent ~~ ! i know in Vietnam , J-pop 're not too popular like K-pop or C-pop but if they think they can copy something from j-pop and believe that nobody can know , it'll be a misunderstanding ! i hope AVEX know that and'll sue him ! come on ! AVEX ! u'll have more money ^^!

I think it's more the principle of somebody claiming it theirs when it's not. Yea, some people react a bit over the top and probably wouldn't care as much if it wasn't an ayu song, but it is an ayu forum after all.

I wonder if the guy knows though, it could be a case like taskinst and ayu, assuming ayu doesn't know about the Hoobastank song.

Well it is annoying to see people taking credit for stuff they did not do but I have the feeling it's a common thing to do in Asia. A lot of artists seem to "borrow" stuff and then ignore to acknowledge the original composer..
