Anyway its great to hear they're working on their new album and a book, it will be interesting to find out what the book is about

new single, "日和姫" written and composed by shiina ringo ( : ) out 2009.02.25 http://puffy.hit-r.com/ will be used as the theme to the anime "源氏物語千年紀　Genji"

DVD will include 4 more live clips from their SHIBUYA-AX December live last year. "くちびるモーション" "働く男" "ジェット警察" and "アジアの純真"

Oh you mean 'Bring It!" thats planned for release on June 17th but I dont get why they didnt realease that before they relased the cover album. It would make more sense considering its going to have their past three singles on it.
But it has been a while since their last original album.

For some reason, they remind me of HALCALI a lot, hehe.

And cool that Avril Lavigne wrote and produced the music for some of the songs on the tracklisting.

Pop duo Puffy revealed the contents of their next album, "Bring it!," through their official website. The album is full of collaborations, with songs written and composed by artists such as Ringo Shiina, Kazuyoshi Saito, Takeshi Hosomi (of ELLEGARDEN), Masahiko Shimura (of Fujifabric), and Butch Walker.

"Bring it!" contains a total of 13 tracks, with the last one being their cover of Sugar's "Wedding Bell" that is being used in the Fuji TV drama series "Konkatsu!" The first press edition of the CD comes with a DVD of Puffy's 2005 performance in San Francisco.
