its interesting looking back on this thread... everyone worrying the ayu-mi-x series had stopped, but then RMX WORKS came along...

Most remixes for and evolution sucks in my opinion.

totally agree about [evolution] i think i hate all mixes apart from LAW is Q mix, its quite trancey as i remember, at least i think its that one.. i never listen to it thou...
and the UFO mix from disc2 of ayu-mi-x4 is ok... the razor mix was a letdown because parts of it r really cool, but there are parts which sound really stupid, so much so that imo they ruin that track completely.

but im surprised u dont like NEUROTIC EYE's Mix by KO-I, its an awesome mix imo, i love the build-up and there are so many layers going on at the end...
also, at the end when ayu sings "MARIA-ah-ah-ah" over&over u can hear this cry of despair as her voice trails off, its very moving...
i used to like the RANK-M mix a lot, i still like the synth melody in the background and the bass also, but its like hard house and i dont usually go for that?
i think the van Eyden vs. M.o.r.p.h. & the tectonic shift vs. andré visior remixes were pretty good also...
