I don't think Popular has it? Because the outlet at Jurong Point doesn't have it but that's probably that outlet only. Anyway, I'd try HMV.

the kinds that are used for ayumi's & Koda's albums , Jia Rong , CD + DVD(s) wise

cos I'm planning to replace the casing for Koda's BEST ~BOUNCE & LOVERS~ as it has been smashed up & I really don't know if there's any store locally that sell such cases

I doubt so for Popular . I don't know for HMV leh
