Songs that make you sleep and awake?

I feel sleepy when i listen to slow songs like RAINBOW, Sotsugyou Shashin, JEWEL, a song is born and maybe teens.

Awake: LOVE 'n' HATE, Sparkle, AUDIENCE, RULE, Bold & Delicious, evolution, talkin' 2 myself, until that day..., my name's WOMEN

Dearest (acoustic version), HEAVEN (piano version), RAINBOW, yeah. Those kind of songs. Not exactly sleepy, but they would calm and relax me which would give me a good night's sleep.

As for songs that can wake me up, no doubt, bold & delicious. Who wouldn't wake to "YAYAYAGAGAGAGADADADADAWOWOWOWO" set as their alarm, 6am in the morn?

I remember that I usually listen to ayu-mi-x 4 Nonstop version if I want some energy, but end up sleeping in 'M'.....
