to me off-key means that it sounded horribly out of tune like ayumi CDL 2007-2008

but namie never sounded out-of-tune or whatever when she's dancing cuz her live vocal is more deeper and rough than her recording vocal... so she sounded like she's having a sore throat.

that means that namie goes off tune when dancing sometimes... not in dvd, where the sound is edited, but I was listening to some fan-recordings of BF tour and she sounded the same she sounds on tv...
