The shirt/top she is wearing reminds me of what Koda Kumi wore in her Best ~Second Session~ CD Cover, lol.

It looks like a branch of some kind. I wonder how long she was standing there in that pose or how heavy that prop is. She has her hand on her elbow to balance it.
