2ch isn't really as reliable, but I've seen someone named AYUCREA talking about small changes.

今回のツアーは公演ごとに変更点があるから始めのほうに見た人が今見たらかなり違った印象を受 けるだろうな

I think there were planning issues or something. They probably had less time than usual to make this concert since the album technically wasn't complete until later than usual. I mean, the album came out a week or so before the tour began! That's cutting it pretty close if you ask me. So they recycled some outfits for the time being while Akira Noda worked on new outfits, possibly. The first show had a few issues from what I can recall...
