Wow, that sounds pretty cool! And it looks nice for being unofficial.
 I've never heard of these before - granted you said there's been that other one that you posted - so hmm. Seems worth checking out~ ^.^ Wow... it comes to around $15 USD, converting from their listed price. Not bad. Maybe I can try to snag myself one. ^.^ EDIT: Oh, the other one is a Namie book. Oops.

the paper quality is quite good, i would say it's quite worth to buy. the pictures have been upload at my blog. note that i did not take pictures of the whole book, there are still plenty pics that are left out...
