um...I really hope we get the whole tour soon...I feel awful saying this...but I think this may be my least favorite tour.../sigh oh well.

the stage looks reaaly cool though, and it's always fun watching ayu perform...thanks to everyone who's posting stuff.

Omg! it's so energetic! *-----------*
She was really pumping the audience up, a lot more than usual! It doesn't even look like a japanese concert xD

This is a pretty great tour so far imo, and we haven't even seen any of the segments with interlude videos!

It's a bit sad that some might consider this a bad concert because of the lack of bells/whistles that many of her other tours do... but some people ask for less of that every year, and this year she seems to have given it to us, and people aren't too pleased.

Rule number 1 - fans are never happy. With anything. Ever. At all. XD

I personally am really liking this show for that EXACT reason. Her dancers feel like accents rather than the focus of the show. Ayu is moving like Ayu, it's not all choreographed. I love how the screen is done - it creates atmosphere rather than being like a movie to watch. It feels old-school ayu, you know? I miss this sort of atmosphere. I'm enjoying it immensely.

LOL at the gif. at least her wig is tight on her head. im afraid it may fall off -___-'

evolution/signal: very good but a bit boring
sparkle: i LOVE!! shes so cute. when ever she uses her squeaky voice (angel song, step you, etc) shes sounds just like the track. but i think she didnt lip sync..maybe it included playback *shrugs* p.s. in sparkle..LOL when the dancers hopped HAHAH (second verse)

Sparkle's performance wasn't very flashy and novel that I expected it to be, but I really love the performance!

Sparkle <<<<<<<<<333333333333

I knew it would be priceless. xD

At the thing ayu did at the end we can say "and she danced in an ecstaza" lol. It was amazing.
Looks like a great tour!! ayu looks so energetic and the crowd does seem more pumped than usual jpop concerts.

That's a good portion of how a tour should be.

Sparkle's live was SO GOOD. I thought it was plain at first but I got so much better, and I love the no no no's at the end. Also sparkle dance the crowd was doing!

rollin's dance was just a little ridiculous, but it was good for lol purposes.

The rollin' and sparkle performances were a joke. Whoever made the choreography for them should be fired. The costumes were bleh. The singing was bleh. The music was bleh. It was overall mediocre, which is something you shouldn't expect from a top selling artist.

I mean, I understand there's this whole global recession thing that's still going on, but seriously? Because she doesnt have all the fancy props, the actual talent should shine through more, or at least be pushed harder. Ayu's not that old, I mean if Madonna can still at least keep you interested, I don't see why Ayu has to resort to twirling her hand/dancing the same through two different songs. After seeing how robotic/systematic she has gotten with her performances I was wondering what it would be like for her to just let go, but if this is it then I rather she stick with giving the same acted/extremely choreographed performance every time. At least then it looks like there was more effort put into it than just getting her dolled up, putting her in front of giant screens, and handing her a mic.

I was hopeful for this tour since the songs on NEXT LEVEL weren't amazing, but somehow they always manage to be made better because the live version's interpretation. This time, I think I rather stick with the album versions.

Ayu, avex, the whole production team, who ever's in charge... seriously, step your game up.

EDIT: Oh, and as for evolution/SIGNAL, why is she yelling at me? I dont understand why she just yells everything now instead of actually singing. It's sad when the back up singers are SINGING more than the actual lead.

On a positive note, the stage/costumes were appropriate this time, since these two performances don't have much concept behind them besides just having fun/sparkly stuff, unlike rollin'/sparkle which had a completely different mood and concept. FAIL.

I love how all these performances so far have been simple sing on the spot and dance songs. It's just like the upbeat versions of her ballads. And it seems to be working! The audience seems just as lively if not more than her past concerts. It gives a chance to focus on the atmosphere as opposed to gimmicks such as ships and wheels. I mean there's nothing wrong with these, but finally she gives us a concert were there is less stress on the importance of props.

It's also interesting to note that sparkle seemed more laidback than SIGNAL. I always saw the latter as a ballad.
