dzu
is a proper syllable in Japanese. It's signals the difference between づ (dzu) and ず (zu) in romaji, because they both sounds similar to 'zu'. (whether someone chooses to write it as 'dzu' or as 'zu' depends on which romaji system they're using. If you look at the romaji in the lyrics section at AHS, you'll also see both versions.)
